The Drag Handle Tool

With this tool you can easily move your entire design up or down while preserving every element’s placement.

To use it, select any element, and notice the icon on the top left.

Drag and this icon to move everything below your selection up or down.

When the handle is in use, a guide will appear and a counter to let you know your vertical location on the canvas.
