Elements are sorted into categories such as Shapes, Images, Menus, Media, Buttons... click on the tab to open or close it. 

Once you find your element, click or click and drag it onto your Canvas

If you would like to hide the Elements Panel, click the bar and it will slide out. Click it again to bring it back.
