The Shape Element is an empty box. It usually will enable you to create backgrounds and graphic elements on the page.

How to add a link to your shape

Link to: can be found in the Properties Panel

Select Page to link this shape to another page on your site. In the drop-down list that appears below it, select the page. When clicked at runtime, it opens that page.

Select Link to link this shape to a page on another site. In the box that opens now,enter the address of the external page.

Design Options

Fit to width- the shape will stretch to 100% of the browser width and will adjust accordingly if the width of the browser changes

Fit to height- the shape will stretch to 100% of the height of the area it's in. It will adjust accordingly if the area becomes longer/shorter.

You can use the fitting functionality to establish the background of a section by filling the fitted Shape with a color or an image.

Tip: If you'd like to upload an image that will fit across the browser width - use the shape element. Use the Design Panel's Fill option to upload the image.
