How do I add the Webydo Store to my site?

To add a store to your site, click on the STORE button located in the top menu of your studio. 

Once clicked, the store will automatically be added to your site, and you will be started on a 7 day trial. 

This trial allows you to create your store: add products, set prices, set-up a billing processor and so forth. You will have the ability to add up to 5 products and design your store directly in your studio. The only limitation will be that checkout will not be possible. 

To design the look of your store, design it directly in the Webydo Studio using the properties panel. Please see this article for more help on designing your store. 

Once you are ready for your store to be live, you will upgrade to one of our plans. 

 

How do I upgrade my store?

 

In the Top Right corner of your Store's Control Panel you will find an Upgrade/Trial Countdown Button:  
Click this button to Upgrade your account. 

Click Here to view the Store Prices. 

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

 

You can cancel your store's subscription for a paid account at any time.

 

What happens if I downgrade?

 

If you downgrade your account the paid functionality will be gone from the store until you decide to upgrade your account. In case you have more products in your store, you will be prompted to delete the products exceeding the limit.

 

What is your refund policy?

 
We do not provide refunds for paid accounts. They're non-refundable.
