How to add a SimplyBook plugin to your website?

SimplyBook is a third party plugin that lets you take bookings, manage appointments and receive payments from visitors.

The Basic functions are free. If you wish for more advanced options purchase a SimplyBook paid plan.

 

Step 1: Drag and drop the SimplyBook icon to your canvas.
Step 2: Copy your Company Login.
Step 3: Paste the Company Login in the Studio.
Step 4: Setup your account.
Step 5: Organize your schedule.
Step 6: Customize the design.
 
 

Step 1: Drag and drop the SimplyBook icon to your canvas.

In the Elements Panel, under the Plugins dropdown, you can find the SimplyBook icon. Drag it to the canvas.

 

 

Step 2: Copy your Company Login.

If you already have an account and a schedule ready, you’ll need to copy your Company login in order to activate the service on your website.

 

Click the Manage icon in the Properties Panel.

 

 

Click on your account name, and choose Account Info.

 

 

Copy your Company Login.

 

 

Step 3: Paste the Company Login in the Studio.
In the Studio, paste the Company Login in the designated field in the Properties Panel.
 

 

Step 4: Setup your account.
In the Properties Panel, click the Manage icon.

 

 

A manage window will open up and now you log in or create an account.

 

 

Step 5: Organize your schedule.

Next, edit timetable, block dates you wish to, add services to be chosen by visitors and finish setting your account.

 

 

Step 6: Customize the design.

Use the Color Scheme and Timeline Type dropdowns to set your preferred design.

 

 

Step 7: Publish.
